Refund normally takes 7-10 days. This service is free if informed within 15 days, but after 15 days you still can return but it would be chargeable (Rs. 200-350 return and shipping handling charges)

I just want to make u aware that ur partner “Shiprockets” is not at all trustworthy and they gave fake message of attempting to collect the item for replacement without really doing it…Rest my experience was good.
