Screen connector
There are several different types of video connectors used in laptops screens. For the most part the connectors are not interchangeable. Here are the most common types of video connectors that are in use today:
30-pin eDP – the main modern connector.
It is used on screens with resolutions up to 1920 x 1080. If your laptop was manufactured after 2014 and features screen resolution up to 1080p it is likely using this type of connector.
40-pin Narrow Connector
40-pin touch interface and eDP video connector used on some Lenovo laptops starting from 2020.
Narrow 40pin – pitch 0.4mm (found in Lenovo OnCell touch)
Regular 40pin – pitch 0.5mm
40-pin touch interface and eDP video connector used on some Lenovo laptops starting from 2020.
Narrow 40pin – pitch 0.4mm (found in Lenovo OnCell touch)
Regular 40pin – pitch 0.5mm
40-pin same physical connector standard but 3 different and incompatible signals
40-pin eDP Touch – used on newer laptops after 2015, the additional pins over the 30-pin eDP connector are needed for a built-in (on-cell) touchscreen functionality.
40-pin eDP QHD+ – used on newer laptops after 2015, the additional pins over the 30-pin eDP connector are needed for higher resolution options such as QHD (2560 x 1440) and even higher (4 channel eDP).
“40-pin eDP Touch” LCDs are not interchangeable with “40-pin eDP QHD+” screens. Even though the connectors are the same, plugging a “40-pin eDP Touch” LCD in-place of a “40-pin eDP QHD+” screen will not provide the touch functionality, and vice-versa, plugging a QHD screen in place of a 40-pin touchscreen will not provide higher resolution.
40-pin LVDS (old)
Used on most LED back-lit laptops prior to 2014. It was the most common standard at the time and allowed resolutions up to 1920 x 1080p.

I would say the customer service in bound to the PLaybook. The battery was sent on time however the way the bar code sticker was put on the battery it rubbed against the edge and came off. The battery stopped working after 2 weeks. I emailed the CS but the wont believe the fact that it has happened.So I am using the laptop battery as Paper weight now. Will never order from here.

The product and quality is very good but the delivery from the Delhivery is the worst experience. It reached the destination hub 5 days early but no attempt was made to deliver. I had to visit the hub and get the product. It looks like Delhivery agents only work on weekends till then they would keep the product. As long as you guys use Delhivery you will not get the recognition you deserve.

Everything from order deliver and assemble went so well then I calibrated the battery and was working fine had good battery life. Then suddenly after a month my macbook didn’t turn , it showed low battery indicator and didn’t charge at all i even tried charging for more than a day still dead then i remembered having a warranty so i mailed the customer service, they said i have to send to them through a courier with my own expense and if they find the product undamaged which it is , so i send them the battery probably it should have reached their office but still i haven’t got any update on my replacement. When I queried for my Macbook Air’s battery’s replacement at a nearby Apple Authorised Service Centre, they said it would cost me ₹14,500. This seemed a bit much to me. So, I searched online and found this website where the OEM battery for my macbook was listed at ₹5,499. Honestly, I thought it would be a cheap battery with reduced capacity. Anyway, I ordered it and after taking delivery when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised. The capacity mentioned on the battery was exactly the same as the original battery. Both the required screw drivers were included (P5 & T5). Installing the battery was a breeze. After that, I checked the battery capacity in “System Report” which showed it as 7200 mAh. I am getting a backup of more than 9 hours (for casual usage; macOS Monterey). And, the cherry on top is, I got a 12% discount on the listed price for Navratri.

I paid extra for same day delivery but was told that because the product was not in stock in Bangalore, it had to come from another location and therefore the order will come the next day. They didn’t see the message until I called them in afternoon. I asked to send via fastest courier as it is same state, but some idiot in “processing team” booked delivery via delhivery when it was decided to send via maruthi courier. When I repored again about this, then the person sent next day as urgent delivery and it was delivered successfully. The point is – first read what customer says in the chat, then make sure that instructions are followed by anyone in shop for the order delivery. Nobody likes when a person blames someone else for mistake and doesn’t take the ownership and accountability of mistake.

I found them via Google gemini where I was searching for a laptop charger for my msi gf63 thin after my original adapter stopped working, I was suspicious at first but the way they communicate on WhatsApp eased me and made me decide to purchase it from lapgadgets,
they helped me choose the correct pin size and adaptor as well as assured me that the product would get delivered on time. The expected date of delivery was 12th June, I received it on 13th june morning cause the pickup from their store was delayed by a day for some reason, but still it was on time so no problem.
